No trailer should be loaded more than the rated load or design load agreed to by the manufacturer (in writing) for any particular application. |

All trailers should be periodically serviced as per manufacturer’s service instructions by authorized service centers. |

All welding to axle beams and critical components should be carried out strictly in accordance with manufacturer’s technical specifications with prior approval in writing. |

Operation of trailer in correctly specified applications, with regular inspection adjustment and lubrication is vital to ensure maximum life of all components and to comply with manufacturer’s warranty conditions. |

This warranty does not cover defects attributable to wear and tear on the goods. |
| 6 |
Irrespective of above warranty will be applicable as per guidelines attached. |

In order to make a claim under this warranty company must |

a. |
Give the company written details of any defects in the production together with documentary proof of the date of Sale and vehicle details within 30 days of identifying the defect. |

Return the defective products; to the company or allow company or its employees on appointed agents to inspect the products. |

c. |
Provide any information requested by the company or its Agents in relation the products or installation of the products |
